We began by looking at what food we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. Sugar, for example, is known to be very unhealthy as it can lead to weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
