We began by looking into the various types of food we eat. We learned that certain foods can be harmful to our health while others are beneficial. Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
